Once a payment has been processed and the subscription is activated, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Partial use or non-use of the service

• Dissatisfaction with the service after subscription activation

If a user purchases a subscription, they will continue to have access to the subscribed service until the end of the current billing cycle.

After that, the subscription can be renewed voluntarily.

Access to premium features will automatically expire if the subscription is not renewed.

In the unlikely event of a billing error or duplicate payment, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the case and, if applicable, process a correction.
